Features

1.Nursing School-enterprise Cooperation Council was founded with rules to clearly define responsibility, which has a significant guiding on Nursing major’s construction planning, talents development program optimization, faculty team’s construction planning, construction of practical training base, cultural construction of this major, that also benefits the cooperative relationship between school and enterprise and enhances strength of Nursing major.

2. To establish a teaching system of “college plus hospital”. During their first two-year study, students learn in the on-campus simulation environment. Internships for a week each term let students experience in a real working environment. Through learning alternating with practical training four times, students' knowledge of hospital environment and disease was enhanced, affections and sympathies were cultivated and the ability of life nursing was gradually increased. In the third year, some classes learn the subject matter given by the nursing cadre men in the hospital. The space of internship is offered by the hospital and students are managed by school-enterprise cooperation; the rest of the classes learn the subject matter given by full-time teacher and part-teacher in on-campus simulation environment and learn on the job for a week in cooperation hospitals each semester. Through two learning alternating with practical training, students' cautiousness spirit, responsibility and professional integrity are cultivated and holistic nursing ability and nursing skill are gradually  improved. In the fourth year, students can be on substituted post exercitation in grade A class three hospital, forming a reality teaching talents training mode of nursing with on-campus simulation environment, internship in the hospital and substituted post exercitation. It fully embodies the talents training mode "Academy circulation, reality education" and gradually improves the ability and quality of students.

3. To improve the talent-producing program. Position investigation of nursing is carried out each year. The university and enterprises adjust the goal of talents training, confirm the standard of talents training and refine specialized direction according to social and economic development and the needs of clinical nursing (community nursing, geriatric nursing, emergency nursing, military nursing) to gradually achieve the point that profession corresponds with the post.

4. To build talents quality assurance system. By formulating talents quality supervision system and interviewing with the graduates, the college has built the talents quality assurance system, watch-dog committee and teaching and research section according to the requirement of the goal of talents training.
